Avertim is looking for a Senior Business Manager to grow our Energy Business Unit and drive the expansion of our consulting services in the Belgian market.As Senior Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our development focusing on :Business DevelopmentDrive the expansion of consulting activities by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and managing a robust client portfolio, ensuring alignment with Avertim’s strategic business outcomes: performance, innovation, and compliance.Team Leadership and DevelopmentLead, grow, and inspire a high-performing team of consultants and dynamic Business Managers. Collaborate closely with Avertim’s HR department to implement career development and engagement initiatives, fostering continuous professional growth and team motivation.DeliveryOversee the successful delivery of projects led either by you and your consultant team, while ensuring client satisfaction. Provide clear direction and operational oversight, with a strong focus on nurturing client partnership.
