Some passionate colleagues :)WHAT IS THE JOB ALL ABOUT?Manage a Business Unit:Recruit and coach Junior Business ManagersHire your own consultants and grow your Business UnitFollow-up your projects and manage consultants' evolutionMonitor your P&L and build your own growth strategyBe a participatory player in the business strategy: Propose innovative ideas to improve the business strategyBeing a driving force within the entire business teamTake part in strategic decisionsIdentify and develop new businesses:Target business opportunitiesDevelopment of existing customersProspect for new business contactsOrganize relationship follow-up with existing contactsDraw a strategy to leverage the market opportunitiesRecruit and select:Screen Belgian and European markets to identify interesting candidates aligned with Cream's business strategyCall, meet and evaluate candidates for consultant positionsCollaborate with the Recruitment department to ensure Cream acts on the recruitment market accurately toward its needsStrive for excellence:Attend business, technical and management training (on-boarding training + continuous training program)-> Be curious, look for personal and collective improvement, learn everything from clients, consultants, colleagues, and take advantage of your successes as well as your failures.WHAT IS CREAM LOOKING FOR?You have a successful Business Development experience in a Consulting environment (IT, Engineering,...)You speak fluently French and EnglishYou have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to present effectively and creativelyYou have the ability to work in a stimulating environment and meet demanding targetsYou are passionate about every topic from technology to business and managementYou are dedicated, reliable, structured and collaborativeYou are driven, ambitious, entrepreneurial and willing to become better every dayWHAT DOES CREAM OFFER YOU?We rely on internal promotion to ensure our healthy growthThis position aims at offering the opportunity to grow as a Director within 2 yearsYou will be working closely with the firm's founderCream plans to grow rapidly in the coming years in Belgium and in Europe
