**General**
The BM Manager’s objective is to report and analyze the monthly financial data of the dealers et report it to Management and Kia Europe. Coaching and feedback to the dealers is a second important topic of the requested tasks.
**Positioning**
Reporting to the Senior Channel Manager of Kia Belux, the Business Management Manager is responsible for a qualitative financial reporting from the dealers to present to Management.
**Responsibilities**
- Follow-up of monthly financial reporting from the dealers to the importer
- Give training and coaching to the dealers
- Collaboration with different Dealer Management System (DMS) suppliers
- Analyze and adjust existing chart of accounts
- Mapping of the accounts to the input program, Optimum Info
- Monitor the quality of the reporting and assist the dealer where necessary
- Presenting the results to the management of KIA Belgium on a regular basis
- Presenting the results to the dealer principal, on a regular basis (comparison with other dealers and national average) and give tips and tricks to raise the current profitability
- Follow-up of the financial situation of the KIA Belux network via financial websites
- Analyze the financial statement of all dealerships (using certain KPI’s) and present the results to the management
- Reporting and participating at steering committees organized by Kia Europe
- Follow-up the financial side of stock regarding wholesale and retail including several financial projects
- Follow-up the financial side regarding insurance
**Profile**
Bachelor’s degree in business management
Min. 3 years experience in a similar environment
Good business sense
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude
Negotiation skills
Flexible (occasional business trip)
Strong planning and organization skills
Solid knowledge of (analytic) accounting
Fluent in Dutch and French, good command of English
