Nous recherchons un(e)IT Solutions Analyst pour rejoindrenotre équipe dynamique. Vos principales missions seront :

  • Analyse métier :Recueillir les besoins des utilisateurs, analyser les exigencesfonctionnelles et proposer des solutions IT en collaboration avecles parties prenantes.
  • Développement et mise enœuvre : Traduire les besoins en solutionsinformatiques dans des outils tels que SalesForce, Field Services,ERP (Agresso-Unit4). Vous participerez à la programmation etparamétrage des outils afin d'optimiser leur utilisation pour lebusiness.
  • Supporttechnique : Offrir un support de deuxième niveau enrépondant aux demandes spécifiques des utilisateurs et en veillantà une documentation technique complète et mise à jour.
  • Gestion de projet : Vousserez responsable du transfert des données lors de projetsparticuliers comme l'intégration d'une nouvelle société ou lechangement d'outils.
Le Profil

Pourgarantir la réussite dans ce poste, nous recherchons une personnepossédant les compétences et qualités suivantes :

  • Certifications :Permis nacelle, VCA (sécurité de base et cadre opérationnel),certificats électriques BA4-BA5.
  • Connaissances IT : Maîtrisede la suite MS Office et d'autres outils informatiques tels que SQLServer.
  • Langues :Bilingue NL/FR et une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
  • Compétences spécifiques :Une bonne connaissance de méthodologies comme Lean, Itil, Scrum,Agile, et capacité à les mettre en pratique.
