Posting job advertisements on various platforms. Screening CVs and assisting with candidate pre-selection. Coordinating interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring managers. Managing candidate communication (emails, calls, confirmations). Updating and maintaining the recruitment database and files. Supporting HR with onboarding activities and related administrative tasks. Assisting in recruitment-related projects and employer branding initiatives. Holds a Bachelor's degree in HR, Office Management, or similar. First experience or internship in HR or recruitment is a plus. Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch and/or French. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital tools. Communicative, professional, and service-minded. Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A full-time contract in Brussels in an international HR environment.
