Onze klant is op zoek naar een senior Projectleider Digitale Supply Chain.

De organisatie maakt gebruik van SAP ECC 6.0 als ERP-systeem, met diverse modules binnen de logistieke keten: Productieplanning (PP), Materiaalbeheer (MM), Milieu, Gezondheid en Veiligheid (EHS), Magazijnbeheer (WM) en een SRM-oplossing. Daarnaast zijn er verschillende gekoppelde SAP-satellietsystemen, waaronder Extended Warehouse Management 9.5 sidecar (verbonden via CIF), Ariba sourcing solutions en Ariba Commerce automation solutions.

In het kader van een S4-migratieproject moeten diverse bedrijfsprocessen getest worden. Dit betreft een conversie naar S4HANA (on-prem, 2022) via een brownfield-aanpak en omvat acceptatietesten in samenwerking met de verantwoordelijke diensten en de Go-live.

Daarnaast zal de Projectleider ook verschillende kleinere verbeterprojecten binnen de supply chain leiden, gericht op het in kaart brengen, verbeteren en implementeren van processen binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle projectdoelstellingen binnen de gestelde tijd en budget worden behaald en dat procesdocumentatie nauwkeurig wordt opgesteld.

Profiel

De ideale Projectleider:

  • Brengt verschillende stakeholders en key users op één lijn;
  • Identificeert samen met stakeholders en key users de verschillende werkpakketten;
  • Ontwikkelt een planning die synchroon loopt met de ICT-planning en bewaakt deze;
  • Houdt overzicht en rapporteert helder, zodat het migratieproject zonder impact op de business verloopt.
Belangrijkste taken
  • Identificeren en begrijpen van de belangrijkste operationele processen;
  • Identificeren van verschillende stakeholders per proces: eindgebruiker, key user, business analyst en proces owner;
  • Bewaken van kwalitatieve documentatie van deze bedrijfsprocessen als input voor acceptatietests;
  • Plannen, coördineren en afstemmen van acceptatietests aan de businesszijde;
  • Statusmeetings en rapportage met de respectieve proces owners;
  • Statusmeetings en rapportage met het S4-projectteam (ICT);
  • Evalueren van resourcebehoeften voor S4-conversietaken;
  • Prioriteiten stellen in samenwerking met de PMO's van andere projecten;
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de planning/roadmap tot aan de Go-live aan de businesszijde;
  • Opvolgen van openstaande tickets vanwege de freeze en een coherente strategie voorstellen van de business naar ICT in lijn met operationele prioriteiten;
  • In kaart brengen van bestaande bedrijfsprocessen en identificeren van verbeterpunten;
  • Analyseren van procesdata en opstellen van rapporten met aanbevelingen voor procesverbeteringen;
  • Ontwikkelen en documenteren van nieuwe of aangepaste processen;
  • Coördineren van de implementatie van nieuwe processen binnen de organisatie;
  • Trainen van medewerkers over nieuwe processen en systemen.
Vereiste technische vaardigheden
  • Projectplanning en -monitoring;
  • Kennis van supply chain-processen;
  • Algemene kennis van SAP ERP-systemen (S4HANA) binnen de logistieke modules;
  • Bewezen hands-on aanpak;
  • CAPM-certificaat of gelijkwaardig;
  • Ervaring in grote en/of complexe bedrijfsomgevingen (> 1000 medewerkers).
Vereiste persoonlijke vaardigheden
  • Begrip van de behoeften van diverse stakeholders;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, van uitvoerend niveau tot senior management;
  • Zeer goed georganiseerd;
  • Volledig verantwoordelijk en vastberaden om de doelstellingen te behalen.
Vereiste taalvaardigheden
  • Vloeiende kennis van Frans en Nederlands, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
