Vos missions Great assignments await you with our key account clients in rich and varied environmentsFor Freelance (Contract) & Consultancy (Payroll)As IT Resilience Manager, you ensure business continuity by effectively managing Major Incidents, overseeing Problem Management, and maintaining a robust Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). This pivotal role requires coordinating across IT, business stakeholders, and management to resolve incidents rapidly, prevent future issues, and ensure business operations resume quickly in case of disasters. Key ResponsibilitiesMajor Incident CoordinationOwn and coordinate major IT incidents (P1/P2) through to full resolution (approx. 10/year).Establish and lead incident taskforces for investigation and troubleshooting.Organize and lead crisis calls/meetings with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.Maintain timely and transparent communication with users and management during incidents.Oversee change activities related to incident resolution (CR management, CAB validation, deployment).Document incidents in ITSM tools, lead post-incident analysis, and produce post-incident reports.Track KPIs and drive problem resolution to prevent recurrence.Problem ManagementReview, adapt, and maintain Problem Management processes aligned with ITIL 4 MSF recommendations.Ensure consistent process application across all IT teams and service providers.Monitor process performance via KPIs and SLAs; report to management.Collaborate with process owners and technical teams to integrate processes.Provide training and awareness on Problem Management best practices.Support audits and compliance efforts.Maintain process documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives in Problem Management and related ITIL practices (Incident, Change).Disaster Recovery PlanningDevelop, implement, and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans.Conduct risk assessments, identify threats, and ensure regular backups of critical data.Coordinate with departments to enable business continuity after disasters.Establish communication protocols and emergency response procedures.Test DRPs periodically, ensuring plans remain effective and up-to-date.Train staff on DR procedures and maintain vendor relationships for DR services.Provide timely DR readiness updates and reports to senior management.Stay current with technological advancements and industry best practices in DR. You have the following skillsEssential SkillsStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security protocols, and data backup/recovery.Clear understanding of the links between business applications and IT infrastructure.ITIL knowledge and certification (ITIL v3/4 Foundation minimum; Monitor, Support, Fulfil (MSF) Certification is a plus).Proficiency with ITSM tools such as Omnitracker, ServiceNow, or Remedy.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and stress management skills.Ability to prioritize, make decisions quickly, and work independently.Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.Business and results-oriented mindset, with resilience under pressure.Structured team player who communicates openly and collaborates effectively.Committed to disciplined work, respect for people and processes, and proactively raising improvement opportunities.Fluent in French or Dutch, with professional level in the second language + Professional level of EnglishJob ContextReporting directly to the Unit Manager of IT Service Management, Transition, and ERP.Availability to lead incident response outside business hours during critical issues.
