En tant que Customer Support Agent, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes : Répondre aux questions des client(e)s par téléphone et par e-mail de manière professionnelle et précise ; Assurer le suivi des demandes et résoudre les problèmes dans les meilleurs délais ; Fournir des informations claires sur les produits et services ; Collaborer avec d'autres départements pour garantir une expérience client fluide ; Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et les remonter à votre hiérarchie ; Gérer les plaintes avec empathie et trouver des solutions adaptées ; Maintenir à jour les bases de données clients et les dossiers ; Respecter les procédures internes et les réglementations en vigueur. En tant que Customer Support Agent, vous avez le profil suivant : Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du français et du néerlandais ; Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et les logiciels de gestion de clientèle ; Vous êtes orienté(e) client(e) et avez un fort sens des responsabilités ; Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour le secteur des services financiers ; Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et capable de gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
