Je houdt ervan om mensen te coachen en te motiveren.Must-haves: relevante ervaring als Team Lead, vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels, ervaring met Kanban/Agile methodologieën, minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Software Developer, een eerste ervaring in een grote distributed Microsoft (C#) omgeving. Deze woorden omschrijven jou en je aanpak: 'can do' mentaliteit, zin voor initiatief, accuraat, oog voor detail en kwaliteit, vlotte communicatie, facilitator, problem solver. Nice-to-haves: ervaring met TDD, ervaring met DDD, automated testing omgevingen, automated deployment omgevingen, Azure DevOps boards, story mapping, example mapping.
