Consumer Care Team Leader

The team you will be a part of At Beko Europe, you'll become part of a dynamic Consumer Care team of 110 passionate colleagues. Together, we ensure seamless after-sales service for our consumers, trade partners, and our extensive service network in the Benelux. You will report to the Head of Consumer Care Benelux and work closely with 7 other colleagues. This role in summary As Consumer Care Team Leader, you will be leading and managing the front and back office tasks of Consumer Care Beko Belgium, working closely with our Field Network, the Quality team, and Consumer Care Netherlands. Your responsibilities will include Leadership and Team Development: Direct leadership of a team of 10 talented employees, including coaching, training, motivating, objective setting, and fostering a stimulating work environment. Through constructive feedback and recognition, team members' potential is fully realized, and outstanding performance is delivered. Operational Excellence: Driving force behind achieving operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This involves analyzing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient strategies to continuously optimize service. Attracting and Retaining Talent: Active role in the recruitment and selection process, from attracting new talent to guiding successful onboarding and offboarding, building a strong and stable team. Customer Satisfaction at the Core: The consumer is always the top priority, ensuring customers receive the best possible service and their expectations are exceeded. Solution-Oriented Thinking: Expertise in solving complex issues, whether involving consumer cases, quality matters, or personnel challenges, combining an analytical perspective with a practical approach. Collaboration and Team Spirit: Belief in the power of 'together we are strong,' working closely with other Consumer Care functions and actively contributing to a positive and supportive team culture. Bridge Builder: Connecting people and departments, effectively communicating with various stakeholders and ensuring smooth collaboration within the organization. Minimum requirements Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree. Languages: Dutch, French, and English (oral and written). Skills: Leadership, analytical thinking, operational know-how, financial awareness. Driver's License: In possession of a valid driver's license. Technical knowledge: Familiar with standard administrative tools and relevant technical knowledge.
