**Productie Team Leader**:
Voor onze fabriek in Mechelen zijn wij op zoek naar een Team Leader

Pringles maakt deel uit van de Kellogg Company. In België zijn er zo’n 650-tal mensen tewerkgesteld in onze Pringles fabriek te Mechelen, een van de grootste en belangrijkste productievestigingen van Pringles in de wereld. In Mechelen produceren we voor Europa, het Midden-Oosten en Afrika. Pringles wordt wereldwijd verkocht en er wist je dat er meer dan 30 smaken verkrijgbaar zijn?

**Verwachtingen**
- Verantwoordelijk voor veiligheidsresultaten van het team - near misses/ incidents. Mee correctieve en preventieve acties bepalen.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de QFS-resultaten van het team - MAFFU's/ alerts/ holds/ QI/ FSI- bepaalt mee correctieve en preventieve acties
- Verantwoordelijk voor de OEE resultaten van het team/ MTBF/ Hoshin review - bepalen en ondersteunen van operationele acties
- Verantwoordelijk voor het kennis-niveau van het team - training - PDP completion - stimuleert een positieve sfeer binnen het team
- Verantwoordelijk voor het reduceren van kosten met het team - verbeteren D&V resultaten - verminderen van structurele verliezen
- Verantwoordelijk voor MPSA resultaten van het team - verticale SU na pitstop, maintenance, line SD

**Jouw profiel**
- Beschikt over leiderschaps-capaciteiten en HPO skills (PDCA, 5E, communicatie, luisteren,..)
- Beschikt over een sterke analytische kennis en/of Reliability Engineering kennis (OEE, MTBF, OEE loss tree,..)
- Een degelijke kennis van KWS (QFS, HS&E, AM, CI,...)
- Carrierepad (relevante voorgaande ervaring of kennis: technische functie, shift coordinator,...)

**Team**
- Omvang van het team: operators, technical shift expert (TSE), tijdelijke en/of interim werkkrachten
- Supply omvat 3 area's: Raw Materials, Seasoning en Depal
