Wil jij de luchthaven van vandaag en morgen helpen vormgeven?Stop met dromen en kom ons team versterkenOm ons departement Passenger Aviation te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Duty Manager Passenger Flow. Je zorgt voor de coördinatie van en het dagelijks toezicht op de operationele processen van de verschillende passagiersstromen binnen de luchthaven. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van de collega's van de Duty Manager Passengers om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen. Je bent de contactpersoon voor de hele luchthavengemeenschap (afhandelaars, externe partners, luchtvaartmaatschappijen, federale politie, douane, brandweer, hulpdiensten, enz.) in het kader van de dagelijkse activiteiten. Dit doe je door zowel je stempel te drukken vanuit het Airport Operations Center (APOC) alsook veelvuldig & zichtbaar aanwezig te zijn in de passagiersoperaties Je beslist over de te nemen maatregelen in functie van de operationele behoeften en komt tussenbeide in crisissituaties (uitzonderlijke gebeurtenissen, moeilijke weersomstandigheden, technische problemen, enz.). Dit doe je met een focus op de behoefte van onze passagiers & rekening houdend met van de wensen van de verschillende betrokken partijen Je streeft naar de beste service voor de passagiers (incl. beschikbaarheid van bagage) van onze luchthaven - Je analyseert operationele problemen, voert operationele tests uit en 'back-up scenario's' - Je bent een sleutelspeler op vlak van operationele expertise in verbeterinitiatieven binnen het Passenger Services team Je ziet erop toe dat de juridische aspecten van de activiteiten worden nageleefd Je bepaalt werkmethoden en leidt interne en externe operationele vergaderingen. Je zorgt ook voor interne rapportage. Je zorgt voor het up-to-date houden van de interne werkprocedures en ziet erop dat deze bij het volledige team gekend zijn Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring en beschikt over minstens 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een operationele en klantgerichte omgeving. Je hebt een grondige kennis van luchthavenactiviteiten, luchtvaartwetgeving (nationaal en internationaal) en de luchthaventopografie. Je bent vertrouwd met de werking van de verschillende passagiersflows (passagiersprocessen, partners, toezicht op KPI's) of staat open voor de nodige opleiding. Je bent flexibel, collegiaal, methodisch en georganiseerd, met een natuurlijke aanleg om zakelijke contacten te leggen en de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Dankzij je logische en analytische geest kun je stevig en besluitvaardig handelen, zelfs in stressvolle situaties. Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, en werkt vlot met de huidige programma's (Office, web-based analytics tools). Gaat je hart al sneller slaan?
