Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Formulate and drive comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the public sector, aiming to achieve business goals, boost revenue, and expand market presence.Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities within the public sector to uncover opportunities and address potential challenges.Lead the design, execution, and refinement of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential, with a focus on public sector audiences.Collaborate with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing programs that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty in the public sector.Utilize data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance, measure ROI, and make informed decisions to enhance marketing effectiveness.Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards in all public sector marketing efforts.Initiate and drive efforts to increase brand awareness, perception, and equity among public sector clients.Conduct thorough market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform and refine marketing strategies for the public sector.Leverage customer insights and feedback to guide product development, messaging, and go-to-market strategies specific to the public sector.Promote a customer-centric approach within the marketing team, emphasizing the importance of understanding and addressing the needs of public sector clients.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and ROI, preferably within the public sector.Experience in business with the public sector or in public sector roles is highly desirable.Strong grasp of digital marketing, social media, analytics, and emerging marketing trends.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
