Support strategic, financial, and operational management of the real estate portfolio Execute and monitor commercial strategies, ESG roadmaps, marketing plans, and budgets Manage leases, resolve vacancies, and ensure alignment with business goals Collaborate with property and investment teams on asset management and transactions Oversee due diligence, underwriting, and property condition assessments Manage third-party vendors and strengthen stakeholder relationships Drive asset performance to meet pan-European return targets Control budgets, business plans, rent collection, OPEX, CAPEX, and valuations Higher education degree or equivalent experience in real estate or finance Minimum 10 years' experience in asset or property management, preferably in office real estate Trilingual fluency in French, Dutch, and English Strong strategic and pragmatic approach with financial acumen in cash flow and budgeting Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented communication skills Proactive, autonomous, resourceful, and well-organized Solid understanding of the Benelux office property market Basic technical knowledge of real estate assets Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Opportunity to influence a high-performing, sustainable real estate portfolio Collaborative and dynamic work environment focused on innovation Competitive compensation and professional growth prospects Chance to contribute actively to ESG and sustainability initiatives
