Join Contraste as a Medior Product OwnerDigital transitionCoaching agileProcess optimization and product innovationProcess optimization and product innovationYour challengesCollaborate with business representatives to understand their needs, acting as their representative while maintaining a clear vision of products, services and value delivery.Build the right user stories at the right time, and decide on their acceptance once delivered.Manage Agile team content (product backlog) and actively participate in Agile team ceremonies.Ensure the success of Scrum software development projects by reviewing sprint results.Prioritize stories and actions in the backlog to ensure a continuous flow of work.Be the reference person for the application of Agile practices and principles to produce high quality work and improve the efficiency of the development team.Your profileMaster's degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Economics, Civil/Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science or related field.2 to 5 years' relevant experience, ideally in core banking areas (lending, credit, asset management).Proven skills in Agile methodologies, with SAFe certification considered a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French and/or Dutch; any additional language is an asset.A true team player, ready to act as an ambassador for your company and get involved in the company's growth.What we offerAn expanding portfolio of well-known customers in the IT, banking and insurance sectors.Ongoing training and certification to develop your technical and interpersonal skills.The opportunity to build your own career path with the personalized support of one of our mentors.An attractive salary package including benefits such as a company car.Discover Contraste EuropeContraste Europe is a key player in the IT sector and operates on an international scale.
