Key responsibilities Analyse spending patterns, anticipate business needs, and monitor supplier-market trends Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business and financial objectives Recommend and implement cost-efficient, risk-managed procurement solutions Define category sourcing strategies and execute sourcing projects with the Category Manager Manage supplier relationships, lead contract negotiations, and monitor vendor performance Organise regular meetings with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment and performance follow-up Implement new procurement processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency Share best practices and collaborate with colleagues to strengthen the procurement team Qualities of a successful candidate Minimum 3 year's experience in IT procurement (data protection, IT security, applications, digital tools) within a corporate environment Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into sourcing strategies Fluent in Dutch or French and English; additional languages are a plus Curious, pragmatic, and solution-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement Excellent relationship management and communication skills Comfortable with project management and change-management initiatives What do you receive in return?
