CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring an Business Analyst – eEAD/EAD (AIM).Your Missions Capture and translate AIM stakeholders’ needs around eEAD/EAD (AIXM 5.x, eAIP, NOTAM/D-NOTAM) into clear user stories and functional specifications. Challenge and validate data quality rules (ADQ) to ensure compliance and consistency. Define integrations with AIM/ATM systems (eAIP portals, briefing/PIB services, AIXM repositories). Support the testing phases and go-live activities. Collaborate with ANSPs/CAAs, AIM vendors and integrators. Your profile AIM/AIS expertise: 4–8+ years of experience with AIXM 5.1/5.2, eAIP, NOTAM (Digital NOTAM experience is a strong asset). Technical Skills: Deep understanding of AIXM business rules and ADQ regulations. Strong data management background: Oracle/PL-SQL, XML, XSD/Schema (SQL tuning & data migration are a plus). Knowledge of AIM/ATM architectures and system integration (eAIP portals, briefing systems, AIXM repositories). Functional Skills: Skilled in running workshops, writing user stories and functional specifications. Ability to challenge business requirements and propose pragmatic, value-added solutions. Change management experience to support end-users and stakeholders. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with diverse stakeholders. Analytical mindset, structured, problem-solving oriented. Autonomous in a complex environment, yet collaborative within cross-functional teams. Fluent in French and English (documentation and meetings in both languages); Dutch is a plus for local interactions.
