Als Sales Support Specialist zijn je verantwoordelijkheden: Bieden van administratieve ondersteuning aan het salesteam bij dagelijkse taken en projecten. Beantwoord klantvragen en zorg voor tijdige en nauwkeurige informatie om de klanttevredenheid te waarborgen. Onderhoud en update klantendatabases in het CRM-systeem. Voer analyses uit op verkoopgegevens en bereid rapporten voor om trends en kansen te identificeren. Assisteren bij het organiseren van verkoop- en marketingevenementen. Werk samen met verschillende teams om verkoopprojecten te coördineren en succesvol uit te voeren. Als Sales Support Specialist heb je de volgende kwalificaties: Aantoonbare ervaring in een klantenservice- of verkoopondersteunende rol. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden met het vermogen om meerdere taken gelijktijdig te beheren. Bekwaam in het gebruik van CRM-systemen. Klantgerichte mindset met een passie voor het helpen van anderen. Proactieve houding en je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een grote plus.
