SABCA Brussels is also the home to our "Unmanned Autonomous Systems" aka: the drones solutions unit MISSION  Within the Manufacturing Engineering department and under the direct responsibility of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, the Methods Preparer is responsible for defining the methods for producing a product. At the same time, he will ensure to assess, verify, and propose revisions of operational methods, technical documents, and best practices related to safety or ergonomics in the workshop to increase safety and productivity.  JOB DESCRIPTION  Define and describe the necessary means for the smooth execution of operational phases based on technical plans. Write work instructions (SAP routing, instruction sheets...) and determine the parameters required for the manufacturing and inspection of electronic boards or cables.  Programming of electronic PCB machines (Pick and place, Vapor phase, Selective Wave, Screen printer, AOI, X-ray, Coating robot, and Laser wire stripper).  Monitor various follow-ups (compliance with instructions, technical responses, non-compliant elements, procedures, etc.).  Support production, problem resolution, correction of manufacturing files (problem-solving considering unpredictable circumstances). Forward modification requests to engineering and quality teams while ensuring technical interface.  Improve production means (e.g., creation of tooling).  Writing technical documentation (e.g., machine operation and maintenance manuals).  The employee will be responsible for:  Ensuring compliance with EN quality standards and the ISO environmental standard.  Transferring skills and knowledge to new team members to foster an environment of continuous learning and mutual support.  WORKING ENVIRONMENT  SAP4HANA software  IPC, ECSS electronic standards  Office tools  PCB board production, cleanroom  Collaboration with Quality and Production departments  PROFILE  Teamwork  Organizational skills  Rigorous in the quality of technical documentation writing  Basic knowledge of wiring or electronics is a plus  Technical English is an advantage  ​​​​​​​ So, What’s in it for you?
