Om onze interne werking verder te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een hands-on Retail Application Owner ERP/POS (M/V/X) Functie Jouw rol Als Retail Application Owner ben jij dé brug tussen onze winkels, interne teams en externe IT-partners. Je focust op het optimaliseren van onze operationele processen, ondersteund door ERP, POS en omnichannel systemen. Wat je doet: Je bent application owner van onze ERP en POS applicaties Je analyseert bestaande processen en systemen in onze winkels en centrale diensten. Je detecteert verbeterkansen en vertaalt deze naar concrete projecten en optimalisaties. Je begeleidt de implementatie van nieuwe ERP- en POS-functionaliteiten samen met onze partners. Je werkt samen met winkelteams en business users om noden scherp in kaart te brengen. Je ondersteunt gebruikers, organiseert trainingen en zorgt voor een vlotte adoptie. Je volgt operationele problemen op en zorgt dat ze structureel opgelost worden. Je stuurt externe ICT-partners functioneel aan. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de ICT Manager en werkt samen met 3 collega’s binnen ICT. Jouw impact: Dankzij jouw inzet blijven onze tools up-to-date en afgestemd op de noden van winkels, collega’s en klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de ICT oplossingen van Veritas een sterke basis biedt voor innovatie en groei. Je zorgt voor optimale beschikbaarheid van onze ERP en POS oplossingen Profiel Sterk in analyse en procesverbetering; je denkt in oplossingen, niet in technologie. Je hebt ervaring met ERP, POS of omnichannel oplossingen (bij voorkeur in retailomgevingen). Je werkt hands-on: je duikt zelf in systemen om oorzaken te achterhalen. Je bent een echte bruggenbouwer tussen business en technologie. Je kan zelfstandig projecten trekken, van behoeftebepaling tot oplevering. Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en hebt een goede basiskennis Frans. Kennis van de retailsector is een grote troef. Je bent flexibel en bereikbaar tijdens piekperiodes in de retail.
