Responsibilities: Stakeholder Communication: Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders. Quality Management: Accurately and efficiently manage the Quality Portal and ensure correct monthly Quality KPI reporting. Certification Coordination: Ensure Quality certificates are signed and available on time. Audit Coordination: Coordinate and follow up on audit reports and Red alerts (quality escalations). Support for Quality Managers: Assist in organizing and documenting audits, management reviews, and other quality-related activities. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks smoothly, such as invoicing, data entry, updating personnel files, and maintaining customer records. Process Improvement: Assist in improving processes and proactively manage the impact of process changes. Profile: Service-Oriented: Provide professional assistance to internal and external customers. Organizational Skills: Able to prioritize effectively within a broad range of tasks. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office. Educational Background: Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience. Why Join Barco?
