Job description The role reports directly to the Head of Global Cloud Services and is based in Aliaxis’ global headquarters in Brussels. It involves leading and coordinating the global M365 and Identity Management team (4 members, based internationally) while maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure efficient service delivery and resolution of global escalation tickets.Key responsibilities:Define and execute the strategic roadmap for M365 and identity management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals across all regions.Oversee global administration of Microsoft 365 core services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive).Manage and secure the global identity infrastructure (Active Directory & Entra) - including backup, recovery, and privileged access management (PAM).Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for M365, identity management, and PAM.Continuously monitor system performance, proactively resolve issues, and implement improvements to enhance global efficiency and security.Requirements Strong IT background with proven expertise in Microsoft 365 and identity management, across international enterprise environments.Proactive troubleshooting mindset, with hands-on mentality resolving global escalation tickets.In-depth knowledge of M365 infrastructure components, including advanced security features.Expertise in identity management within Active Directory (RBAC, Entra ID, and SSO).Team management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and functional teams.Up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies in M365 and identity management.Experience with AD and Office migrations using Quest and Microsoft tools is a plus.Knowledge in Identity and Access Management / Identity Governance Administration tools and procedures is a plus.Benefits Aliaxis is proud to be an equal opportunity employer who welcomes candidates and employees from all backgrounds.
