Join us in making this impact Our Artificial Intelligence & Data team is looking for a new (Senior) Manager colleague, with a solid track record in the valorisation of data in governments. If you feel the right passion for some of the challenges below, you might be the right person to strengthen our team. Helping public sector leadership teams to align on where and how to invest in the domain of data and analytics. Building data and/or analytics strategies (i.e. identification and prioritisation of use-cases, fuelling business cases, creating a roadmap and strategic plans, …) Installing (Master) Data Governance (i.e. articulating the value of data governance, improving the curation and quality of data, managing data as a strategic asset) Bringing easy to use solutions for insights on both structured and unstructured data to help governments and their stakeholders to make informed decisions Supporting the government in building the data ecosystems of the future powered by state of the art data platforms. Building sustainable AI (including Gen AI) solutions for long term societal impact. Helping governments to establish the right approach to gain trust in their AI solutions through the right use of governance, ethical considerations in the choices made and transparency. You will: Be a trusted advisor for our clients regarding all our offerings in artificial intelligence and data Be eminent in the society about the trends and developments in data, analytics & artificial intelligence Define, guide and advise clients in developing data & analytics strategies Develop implementation roadmaps and business cases Setup sustainable (Master) data governance organisations Support strategic studies on the topic Build solutions powered by data and AI Coach junior consultants in the team Let’s talk about you. What makes you super relevant for our team? Passionate about the potential value of data & analytics to transform public organisations and society. Able to clearly share your expertise and inspire clients At least 7-12 years relevant experience in the domain of data and analytics Proven track record in one or more of the following areas: data and/or analytics strategy, information architecture, data governance, BI, AI, big data, generative AI, data spaces, trustworthy AI, data literacy or data communities, studies on data and analytics Experience in Government and Public Services (Supranational, EU, Federal, Regional, Local, non-profit) to support our growth in the sector. Consulting experience or experience in a key account manager role Project management experience and comfortable leading teams of up to 10 people Ability to interact with people on all levels and the ability to translate requirements into practical roadmaps and sustainable solutions Eager to learn and grow professionally, self-starter, but also strong team player with excellent soft skills Good communication skills, able to conduct workshops and interviews in a multinational environment Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French language skills are considered as an extra strength which allows you to work on a bigger client segment.
