Your journey with us The Artificial Intelligence & Data market offering is looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager to strengthen their team in a wide range of analytics projects related to European Institutions AI & data strategies, AI & data governance, data spaces, operating model and processes, amongst other. You will gain exposure to multiple EU clients and institutions with a chance to choose a focus and help to shape Deloitte market offerings. ·Engage with EU leaders and senior management to define their AI and data strategies, translate their vision into concrete initiatives ·Help EU Institutions to make their public services data driven – from strategy to execution ·Drive client meetings by preparing material, conducting interviews and workshops ·Forge and manage relationships with key clients, partners, as well as internal and external stakeholders in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Data ·Manage opportunities and drive the development of proposals ·Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and in-depth analysis of business case, data processes, and operating model ·Contribute to reports, recommendations and conclusions for our clients ·Conduct workshops, trainings and other capacity building activities for internal and external audiences Support further development of our public sector team, including through active involvement in the recruitment process Let's talk about you Passionate about the potential value of data & analytics to transform EU public organisations and society Able to clearly share your expertise and inspire clients At least 4 - 7 years’ relevant experience in the domain of data and analytics Proven track record in one or more of the following areas: data and/or analytics strategy, information architecture, data governance, BI, AI, data literacy or data communities, studies on data and analytics Experience in Government and Public Services (EU, federal, regional, local, non-profit) to support our growth in the sector. Consulting experience or experience in a key account manager role Ability to interact with people on all levels and the ability to translate requirements into practical roadmaps and sustainable solutions Eager to learn and grow professionally, self-starter, and team player with strong soft skills Good communication skills, able to conduct workshops and interviews in a multinational environment Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French language skills are considered as an extra strength which allows you to work on a bigger client segment.
