Let’s talk about you You are in the final year or pre-final year of your master’s degree You are highly motivated, and a reliable team player with a sense of initiative You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and have a good knowledge of English You are up to date with the newest regulations (e.g., with regards to data privacy or taxation) You have an eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a critical mindset You are a strong communicator, proactive, and know how to tackle a problem You are keen on daily interaction and close collaboration with the client You can easily adapt to changing circumstances as you will face new challenges every day You know how to anticipate potential problems Who is Deloitte? Practical information During the internship, you’ll develop your soft and technical skills and expand your network as you work with professionals who share their experience and coach you. A dedicated promoter will connect with you bi-weekly to evaluate your progress and assist you when needed. You will also be assigned a buddy, whom you can reach out to at all times You and your buddy will have several informal meet-ups on a weekly basis to discuss day-to-day issues and solutions.
