Depending on the team you join, you will have different kinds of tasks: You’ll give advice about all aspects of taxation: global tax compliance, corporate tax, personal tax, and indirect tax You’ll learn all there is to know about tax and put it into practice You’ll assist in preparing income tax returns You may assist with the innovation and transformation of tax processes You’ll assist Deloitte Private as they strive to help SMEs and family businesses with tax compliance and their relationship with the tax authorities You’ll analyse client files and solve problems where needed You’ll assist with orientation interviews with the client The list above is a general overview. Let’s talk about you You are in the final year of your bachelor or master’s degree or in your pre-final master year You are highly motivated, and a reliable team player with a sense of initiative You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and have a good knowledge of English You have a critical mindset and good analytical skills You are a real problem solver You are able to work independently, but also enjoy a healthy dose of team spirit You are up to date with the newest regulations You have an eye for detail You can easily adapt to changing circumstances as you will face new challenges every day Who is Deloitte? A dedicated promoter will connect with you bi-weekly to evaluate your progress and assist you when needed. You will also be assigned a buddy, whom you can reach out to at all times You and your buddy will have several informal meet-ups on a weekly basis to discuss day-to-day issues and solutions.
