As a strategic thinker you develop a clear vision on how to shape the strategy of Alterfin for the coming years, together with the Board of Directors and the team. You translate the approved strategy into a structured annual work plan and lead the implementation. You bring a refreshing perspective, dare to think outside the box and to explore various and diverse avenues, such as derisking strategies or fund management. You are sensitive to the current and future role of co-op members. You know how to inspire your team of passionate and engaged employees. As an empathetic people manager, you are close to your team and serve as a true motivator for achieving collective goals. Moreover, as Managing Director of Alterfin, you are the face of the organization, strengthening the visibility of sustainable finance towards the Belgian public and the impact finance sector. You report to the Board of Directors. Profile You have solid experience in financial management including risk and portfolio management in a financial institution.
