QA Automation Tester

As a QA Automation Tester, you will play a central role in both the technical implementation and the coordination of testing activities. Working in close collaboration with project teams, you will ensure the quality, stability, and performance of applications and systems that serve diplomatic missions worldwide. Your key responsibilities will include:Designing comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on functional and technical specificationsCreating and executing manual and automated test scenarios, covering functional, integration, performance, and regression testingCoordinating testing activities across teams, tracking test progress, reporting results, and managing defect lifecyclesDeveloping and maintaining test automation scripts using tools like Selenium, SoapUI, or NeoLoadSupporting the configuration and deployment of test tools, and contributing to test data preparation using SQL or other relevant technologiesCollaborating with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve testing processes and code qualityExperience & Knowledge:Proven experience in software testing and test automation, preferably in complex or international environmentsStrong background in designing and executing automated test frameworksHands-on experience with test automation tools: Selenium, SoapUI, NeoLoadGood knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow)Familiarity with continuous integration/delivery environments (e.g., Docker, Jenkins)Soft Skills:Rapid self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solvingGood interpersonal and communication skillsStrong teamwork abilities with a focus on collaboration in an agile environmentAnalytical mindset and problem-solving orientationTools and methodologies usedTesting : Selenium, Soap UI, NeoLoadIDEs: Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, JetBrains PhpStorm, Microsoft Visual Studio CodeProgramming languages and frameworks: JavaScript (jQuery, Angular, TypeScript, Vue.js, KendoUI), Java (Spring, Struts, Hibernate), PHP (Symfony, Laravel, Drupal), ColdFusion (FuseBox), SQL/PL-SQL, HTML5, CSS (Bootstrap)Project Management: Confluence JIRA, ServiceNowMethodologies: PM² and PM² Agile, Kanban, ScrumWhat’s in it for you?
