De job van Account Director bij Absoluut is op jouw lijf geschreven. Want… Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van je klant, en staat hen bij met al hun communicatievragen. Je geeft client love een nieuwe betekenis en communiceert met de nodige feeling. Niet alleen briefings pen je vlot neer, maar ook dossiers en cases. Je steekt je hand in het vuur voor (de projecten van) je klanten. Timings en budgetten bewaak je met je leven. Je bent meer dan een project manager. Met plezier duik je mee in een communicatiebriefing, mediastrategie, plan van aanpak en klantenpresentatie. Je bent niet vies van een grapje, maar lacht nooit met eindverantwoordelijkheid. Je staat er natuurlijk niet alleen voor. Samen met een junior account, slaag je erin om een team van strategen, vormgevers, copywriters… bij elkaar te krijgen, te enthousiasmeren en aan te moedigen. (Met of zonder pompons.) Daarbovenop heb je ook nog eens deze skills onder de knie… Je doet al zes jaar je – geheel eigenwijze – ding als senior account manager of account director. T’es parfaitement bilingue. Je kan vlot schrijven. Je hebt je diploma hoger onderwijs niet gekocht. Op een examen timemanagement haal je met twee vingers in je neus het maximum. Je houdt je hoofd erbij. Ook in crisissituaties. Je bent de rust en kalmte zelve. Of straalt dat toch uit. Stalen zenuwen, iemand? In ruil daarvoor mag je van ons verwachten… Competitieve voorwaarden. Ook wereldverbeteraars moeten hun huis afbetalen. Extra verwennerij: maaltijdcheques, een hospitalisatieverzekering en taart. Veel taart. De beste collega’s ter wereld met een zéér onderhoudend gevoel voor humor. Zonder zwanzen. Een inspirerende werkomgeving met een fenomenaal uitzicht op de Leuvense Vaart.
