**Why Do We Need You?**

We’re looking for an **Account Manager** to help our clients **maximize** their experience with Odoo by boosting adoption and optimizing their use of the apps.

Your mission? **Stay ahead of industry trends, deliver outstanding customer service, and cultivate lasting client relationships.**

**Work Environment**
- **Team Leadership**: Lead a team of **six** and report directly to **Thomas, our Sales Director**.
- **Office Locations**: We have offices in **Wavre and Leuven (Belgium), as well as Tunisia, Morocco, and India**.
- **Client Visits**: Regular on-site meetings with clients across **Belgium, plus occasional travel to Tunisia** based on project needs.
- **Flexible Work Environment**: You’re free to organize your schedule efficiently, but we recommend spending most of your first months **on-site** to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong **client relationships**, proactively identifying new business opportunities.
- Visit clients regularly to align on **short
- and long-term strategic goals**.
- Offer solutions to enhance app usage and **empower key users**.
- Delegate and oversee team tasks **to ensure efficiency and accountability**.
- Align team efforts with **client success and sales objectives**.
- Manage administrative tasks, including tracking tickets, processing orders, and managing pricing updates.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A **Master’s degree** in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Proven experience** in sales and team management.
- A solid understanding of **the IT services industry**.
- Familiarity with **ITIL and Scrum methodologies** (a plus).
- Strong **leadership, communication, and sales skills** in **French, Dutch, and English**.
- Experience with **ERP systems**, coupled with **strong organizational and advisory skills**.
- A **creative problem-solver** who thrives on transforming challenges into opportunities.
- **Calm under pressure**, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

**What We Expect From You**
- **First 8 weeks**: Complete onboarding with Odoo and Eezee-IT, shadow the **Sales Director** on client visits, and develop a deep understanding of the role, company, and clients.
- **After 3 months**: Fully operational and actively contributing to client success.
- **After 6 months**:Independent** and managing your accounts with confidence.
