Pyxis België is op zoek naar Product Owners om onze klanten te ondersteunen bij de creatie en het beheer van hun digitale producten. Als Product Owner ben je de schakel tussen de gebruikersbehoeften en het ontwikkelingsteam om de geleverde waarde te garanderen.
Je taken:
- Ontwikkelen van de strategische productvisie in samenwerking met stakeholders.
- Beheren en prioriteren van de product backlog op basis van gebruikersbehoeften en bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
- Gebruikersverhalen schrijven en verfijnen om de toegevoegde waarde te maximaliseren.
- Nauw samenwerken met de ontwikkelteams in een agile omgeving.
- KPI's bewaken en zorgen voor een soepel verloop van de productlevenscyclus.
Vereist profiel:
- Bewezen ervaring als Product Owner in een agile omgeving.
- Vaardigheden in productmanagement, eisenanalyse en prioritering.
- Kennis van Agile methodologieën (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om stakeholders te betrekken.
- Frans/Engels (Nederlands is een troef).
