Als CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT zijn je verantwoordelijkheden : Beantwoorden van inkomende B2B-klantenvragen (telefoon & mail) Administratief opvolgen van dossiers, bestellingen en leveringen Nauw samenwerken met collega's van sales, logistiek en administratie Klantgegevens bijhouden en verwerken in het systeem Helpen bij het oplossen van praktische issues of vragen Als CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT heb je het volgende profiel : Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én het Frans Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk Je denkt klantgericht en gaat graag oplossingsgericht te werk Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in customer service of administratie Je voelt je goed in een stabiele, gestructureerde werkomgeving Onze klant biedt je : Marktconform salaris Extralegale voordelen zoals: maaltijdcheques, ecocheques, 13de maand...
