Als Customer Service Agent op de Key Accounts Desk kom je dagelijks in contact met onze vaste klanten op internationaal vlak. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor elk dossier van A tot Z:

- Opmaken van tarieven;
- Coordineren van internationale transporten over de weg als via de lucht;
- Opmaken van alle noodzakelijk documenten zoals CMR, AWB, douane documenten, etc.;
- Factureren van dossiers naar de klant toe;
- Behandelen van klachten, maar omdat je alles goed onder controle hebt - zal dit niet veel voorkomen ;)
- Dagelijks communiceren in het engels schrikt je niet af;
- Je rapporteert aan je Teamleader die je met alle plezier iedere dag mee zal ondersteunen
