Job DescriptionYour MissionAs HCPM, you’ll be the driving force behind our clinical project management team. You’ll lead, coach, and empower Clinical Project Managers to deliver high-quality research projects that truly make a difference. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure optimal resource allocation, training, and strategic planning.You’ll also play a key role in business development, client engagement, and quality assurance—ensuring every project is executed with precision and purpose.What You’ll DoLead & Inspire: Manage and mentor the CPM team, conduct appraisals, set performance goals, and foster a culture of excellence.Strategic Resource Management: Evaluate workloads, recruit new talent, and assign the right people to the right projects.Client Engagement & Business Development: Participate in bid defenses, develop study budgets, and contribute to winning proposals.Project Oversight: Ensure projects are well-planned, communicated, and executed with high quality and efficiency.Quality & Compliance: Prepare for audits, address client concerns, and uphold GCP-ICH standards.QualificationsWhat You BringA degree in a scientific field10+ years in clinical research (pharma, biotech, or CRO), with 6+ years in project managementProven leadership and coaching skillsFluent English (additional languages are a plus)Strong knowledge of GCP-ICH and willingness to travelWho You AreCollaborative: You thrive in a team and want to make a positive impact.Friendly & Supportive: You inspire and connect with those around you.Purpose-Driven: You care about improving lives through meaningful work.Committed to Sustainability: You lead by example in health, safety, and environmental responsibility.Additional InformationWhy SGS?A welcoming, inclusive culture where your voice mattersOpportunities to innovate and share your ideasWork that improves millions of livesA chance to fulfill your purpose—and help others do the sameReady to Lead the Change?If you’re considering a bold career move, this could be your next big step.
