**About the role**
- As Clinical Training and Education Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that healthcare professionals and distributors receive high-quality, up-to-date training. Your work will directly support improved patient care and ensure compliance with company standards. You will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that foster continuous learning and professional development in clinical settings.

**How you will contribute**
- Deliver tailored clinical training to distributor and hospital staff based on assessed learning needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training gaps and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs through regular follow-up.
- Organize continuing education opportunities to support professional growth.
- Provide case support and participate in hospital evaluations across your area of responsibility.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, certifications, and staff progress.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and educational programs.
- Generate reports on training outcomes, compliance, and staff development.

**What you bring to Nipro**
- A strong background in clinical education and training.
- Experience in supporting healthcare professionals in both hospital and distributor settings.
- Ability to assess learning needs and adapt training accordingly.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to identifying and addressing training needs.

**Preferred Skills**
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating training effectiveness and generating reports.
- Familiarity with clinical environments and medical device usage.
- Familiarity with Intravascular images technology and cathlab environment
- A proven track record of complex PCI cases support.
