Taakbeschrijving Een internationale logistieke speler gespecialiseerd in de op- en overslag van bulkgoederen en fruit in Europese en Afrikaanse zeehavens zoekt enthousiaste Management Trainees. Gedurende een intensief traject van 2 jaar doorloop je vier afdelingen (Corporate, Dry Bulk, Liquid Bulk en Fruit), telkens in een rotatie van zes maanden. Je werkt mee aan operationele en hands-on opdrachten, waarbij analyseren, probleemoplossend denken en doorzettingsvermogen centraal staan. Je wordt nauw begeleid en opgevolgd. Ideaal voor wie net een master heeft behaald en nog zoekende is naar de juiste richting Bij een positieve evaluatie stroom je door naar een leidinggevende of managementfunctie binnen de organisatie. Skills en vaardigheden Wie zoeken we? - Je hebt een master (idealiter in een logistieke of economische richting), kandidaten met een andere master maar met interesse in de logistiek zijn zeker ook welkom - Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bent ambitieus - Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels, andere talen zijn een meerwaarde. - Het voornaamste? Je bent leergierig, een teamplayer en bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
