As the successful European Product Manager - Bakery & Pastries supplies - Private Label, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic and operational product strategy for our pastry products
- Oversee the entire product life cycle (PLC) from strategy to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead new product development (NPD) from concept to market launch.
- Conduct market intelligence research on consumer trends, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Assistant to execute the approved action plan efficiently.
- Evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Manage the product portfolio while considering the product life cycle and market positioning.
- Enhance brand awareness and ensure strong product recognition across markets.
- Provide product training and presentations to sales teams and clients.
- Act as a liaison between various departments (Marketing, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales) to facilitate the implementation of product strategies.
As the successful European Product Manager - Bakery & Pastries supplies - Private Label, you will have the following requirements:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- A proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
