💼 Chez nous, un Project Manager Retail c’est : Suivre et superviser la réalisation d’un projet Retail (pharmacie, magasin, bureaux) depuis le moment où le projet est vendu jusqu’au débriefing post-chantier. Gérer le planning du chantier Assurer le respect de la qualité, des délais et de la rentabilité du chantier en mettant en œuvre les délégations et contrôles nécessaires. Gérer les différentes ressources, fournitures, fabrications et placements nécessaires à la réalisation du chantier Assurer le suivi budgétaire du projet S’assurer de la qualité des processus et être dans une optique d’amélioration continue Organiser les réunions techniques, les rapports et débriefings Gérer les relations et négociations avec les différentes parties prenantes qu’elles soient internes (production, commerciaux, …) ou externes (clients, sous-traitants) ⭐ Qui êtes-vous ? Vous avez entre minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience ou plus en tant que project Manager liées au bâtiment, à l’architecture d’intérieur ou à la construction Vous avez des bonnes connaissances techniques dans le bâtiment, la construction ou l’architecture Vous maîtrisez la suite Office Vous savez gérer un planning Vous avez des compétences de dessin technique Vous avez le permis B Vous avez une bonne résistance au stress et êtes orienté solutions Vous savez gérer un budget et êtes structuré 💶 Ce que nous vous offrons ?
