Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager will have the following responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with assigned retailers (including TOP 3)
  • Prepare, lead, and finalize annual agreement negotiations (commercial terms, volumes, promotional activities)
  • Contribute to developing and executing the commercial plan for the Belgian market
  • Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs (revenue, margins, volumes) to optimize results
  • Conduct competitive market analysis in Belgium to identify growth opportunities and risks
  • Collaborate with other teams (Marketing & Supply Chain)
    • Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) in a similar role, ideally in retail or FMCG
    • Strong negotiation skills and expertise in commercial agreements
    • Team player with strong interpersonal skills but also project management and organizational skills
    • Fluency in French, Dutch and English
    • Proficient in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems).
