Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager will have the following responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with assigned retailers (including TOP 3)
- Prepare, lead, and finalize annual agreement negotiations (commercial terms, volumes, promotional activities)
- Contribute to developing and executing the commercial plan for the Belgian market
- Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs (revenue, margins, volumes) to optimize results
- Conduct competitive market analysis in Belgium to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with other teams (Marketing & Supply Chain)
- Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) in a similar role, ideally in retail or FMCG
- Strong negotiation skills and expertise in commercial agreements
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills but also project management and organizational skills
- Fluency in French, Dutch and English
- Proficient in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems).
