IT Business Analyst

Within the Solution Delivery team at AXA Assistance, the IT Business Analyst & IT Owner plays a crucial role in the technological transformation of the company. Acting as a bridge between IT and business needs, you will be responsible for overseeing the application lifecycle, both for projects and daily operations. The goal is to ensure seamless integration between various applications while ensuring that penetration tests and disaster recovery tests are effectively planned and that all information is up to date. By collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will contribute to the delivery of technology solutions that support the strategic objectives of AXA Partners. Your daily tasks: You will operationally manage the delivery of Business As Usual (BAU) activities and oversee corrective and evolutive maintenance. You will report on service levels (SLAs) to Europe IT Management and business teams. You will anticipate and deliver the IT refresh roadmap for your functional perimeter. You will assess business demands in terms of technology choices, workload, and budget. You will implement a continuous improvement approach by defining KPIs to manage solutions performance. You will collaborate with project leaders and business analysts to ensure the successful delivery of new solutions. You will promote operational synergies and optimizations at the regional level, including within the application landscape. You will actively participate in the regional IT community to share best practices and new standards. Votre Profil Must-have competences: You have 5 to 7 years of experience in software development and business requirements analysis. You possess at least 5 years of experience in IT management, including project and program management. You have proven experience in IT portfolio management with rigorous cost tracking. You can work under pressure while respecting deadlines. Nice to have: You have experience in contractor or vendor management, ideally 3 to 5 years. You possess team management skills, with experience in direct reporting. You are comfortable with international projects involving local and offshore resources. You have knowledge of existing and emerging technologies, along with a solid technical background.
