**Mission**:
Ensure effective business analysis activities within the CSRD internal projects, focusing on the digitalization of information and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business requirements for CSRD projects.
- Document Repository Business Processes with an emphasis on data CRUD events, Information Concepts, User Manuals, and training materials.
- Conduct requirements testing and prepare User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
- Support data quality measures and oversee data migration efforts.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Business Analyst Team, architects (business/IT), project management, and other analysts.

**Requirements**:

- **Competencies**:

- Experience in BI and/or data analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to challenge and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT business analyst.
- Knowledge of IREB.
- Familiarity with ArchiMate, BPMN, and UML.
- User experience with Sparx Enterprise Architecture.
- Fluent in English; very good knowledge of French or Dutch is essential.
- German language skills are a plus.
