Your Role
As a Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our European customers, providing excellent service and support. You will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and coordinating the handling of orders. You will be the connecting factor between the customer, suppliers, distribution centers, and account managers, ensuring everything runs smoothly. With your commercial mindset and customer-centric approach, you will not only assist our customers with their IT needs but also contribute to building long-term relationships with them.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will analyze the IT needs of our customers and provide them with appropriate advice on solutions that can improve their business operations. You will prepare quotes and collaborate closely with our IT specialists to offer tailored solutions. Whether it's hardware, software, or specific IT solutions, you will know exactly what the customer needs and ensure it is offered correctly.
In addition to preparing quotes, you will also be responsible for processing orders and accurately recording customer information. Tracking delivery times will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring smooth communication with suppliers and partners to ensure the customer receives the products on time. You will maintain constant contact with internal specialists and ensure that everything you do contributes to the efficient flow of customer processes and the achievement of agreed goals.

You are passionate about customer relationships and know how to build long-term connections. You work accurately and have an eye for detail, which is essential for managing customer information and following procedures. Furthermore, you are result-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve your targets and exceed customer expectations.

- Works accurately: You have a keen eye for detail, especially when recording customer information, preparing quotes, or processing orders.
- Is communicative: You are fluent in English and can communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
- Has at least a bachelor's level of work and thinking: You have a solid foundation to excel in this role.

- Flexible Working Hours: You can start between 8:00 and 9:00 and finish between 16:30 and 17:30. Flexibility is important for a good work-life balance.
- Vacation Days: In addition to your statutory leave, you will receive 12 additional days off for extra relaxation.
- Remote Work: Our offices are located in Pelt and Brussels, but if you live further away, that's no problem We offer the possibility to work from home, but it's important to be present at the office regularly for team dynamics and collective growth.
