OmschrijvingHet domein AI, Data & Corporate Services binnen Belfius Technology verbetert consequent het gegevensplatform in een hybride omgeving. Dit platform verwerkt een brede waaier van gegevensbronnen om effectief te voldoen aan alle operationele, analytische en exploitatiegerelateerde behoeften aan gegevens. Als teamleider begeleid je de Data Engineers & Developers, die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van gegevensplatformevoluties. De job in een notendop Je bent een people manager. Je inspireert en motiveert de engineers, analisten en projectleiders in je team. Je focust op een hybride omgeving waarin de sterke punten van bestaande systemen (DB2, Oracle) worden afgewogen tegen de voordelen van de cloud, met name Azure. Je doet grondig onderzoek naar operationele vereisten en prioriteiten binnen het datadomein. Je gebruikt dat inzicht om geschikte technologieplatforms te bedenken en te implementeren. Je richt je op het leveren van een end-to-end platform aan verschillende stakeholders en hebt een kritische blik op hoe we de end-to-end service die we met onze platforms leveren, verder kunnen optimaliseren. Je neemt actief deel aan de technische implementatie in projecten, waarbij je blijkt geeft van sterke projectbeheersvaardigheden. Je stelt duidelijke plannen en mijlpalen op, om ervoor te zorgen dat nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen de tijdlijnen en budgetten worden opgeleverd. Je legt daarbij de nadruk op de robuustheid, rendabiliteit, veiligheid, het onderhoud en de herbruikbaarheid van het gegevensplatform. Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden: Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in computerwetenschappen, engineering, wetenschappen of bedrijfskunde. Je hebt ervaring met het leiden van transformatie-/migratieprojecten binnen een dataomgeving. Je bent in staat om leiding te geven aan de uitrol van technische platforms, de cloud (Azure) en nieuwe technologie (technisch leiderschap). Je hebt een sterke, positief-kritische en innovatieve mindset met effectieve communicatievaardigheden voor zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders. Je moedertaal is Nederlands of Frans en je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Engels.
