Description: Support the coordination and implementation of Horizon Europe and other EU-funded projects. Assist with deliverables, budget and timeline tracking, in collaboration with the Project Manager. Contribute to proposal preparation, funding opportunity research, and partner communication. Help develop new ideas related to sustainable urban mobility. Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and events; represent the organization in internal and external settings. Support the delivery of major events in the intelligent transport sector. Profil Responsibilities: Assist with EU project coordination (mainly Horizon Europe), deliverables, and budgeting. Support proposal writing and partner communication. Contribute to new ideas in sustainable urban mobility. Help organize meetings, events, and represent the organization as needed. Support key smart mobility events. Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Mobility, Engineering, EU Affairs). 3–5 years of experience in EU project management (H2020/Horizon Europe preferred). Familiar with Horizon Europe and ECAS/SEDIA. Organized, detail-oriented, strong writing skills, fluent in English. Bonus: experience with large consortia, mobility topics (ITS, CCAM, etc.), stakeholder engagement, and tools like MS Project.
