Beyond project delivery, the role emphasizes product adaptation and development—making sure offerings, customer documentation, and journeys remain compliant, efficient, and customer‐centric. You will act as a bridge between business, compliance, and IT, with a strong focus on product oversight and governance (POG).Expected DeliverablesUpdated product specifications and customer documentation aligned with regulatory changesRegulatory impact assessments and implementation roadmapsCompliant process flows and system configurations supporting product changesProject dashboards, risk logs, and stakeholder reportsPost‐implementation reviews and lessons learnedRole & ResponsibilitiesProduct & Process Adaptation Collaborate with product owners to adapt life insurance offerings and customer documentation in line with new regulations. Ensure POG guidelines are applied consistently.Project Leadership & Delivery Manage end‐to‐end delivery of regulatory projects, including planning, timelines, budgets, and resources.Regulatory Translation & Impact Analysis Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable product and process changes.Risk & Compliance Alignment Work closely with compliance and risk teams to validate scope and deliverables, ensuring timely execution.Reporting & Communication Provide regular updates to senior management and regulatory bodies.
