Our client, a large insurance company, is looking for a life insurance manager - liquidation.
**Description**
You will be responsible for the management and settlement of life insurance contracts (Branch 21, 23 and 26) for private clients and SMEs.
You are therefore responsible, among other things, for
- Managing existing contracts and modifying them, if necessary, in accordance with the legal and fiscal provisions and regulations in force within the company.
- Paying benefits correctly and on time, in accordance with the provisions of the policies and tax legislation;
- Process these requests quickly and efficiently and follow up with the clients;
- Analyze possible customer complaints and propose appropriate solutions;
- Continuously seek to improve our customer service and our working methods;
**Profile**
- You have a bachelor's degree in insurance, accounting, economics or equivalent experience.
- Ideally, you have some initial experience in life insurance; basic knowledge of taxation, including inheritance tax, is a plus.
- You are French or Dutch speaking with a good command of the other national language; you are also able to communicate well both orally and in writing.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
- You are customer and solution oriented.
- You have an analytical mind and are comfortable with numbers.
- You are meticulous, organized and willing to follow procedures.
- You can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- You are autonomous and take initiative.
