This role is essential for achieving EuroHPC qualification and driving success across the broader European market.The EU Integration Lead - AI is an advanced subject matter expert, responsible for the implementation of the solution design, configuration and escalated problem management of solutions and services in client environments. This role provides pre-sales support by identifying opportunities and contributing to the design and configuration requirements related to client proposals and assists with the creation and delivery of more complex technical solutions to clients by engaging with them during the planning and solution definition phase and defining the standards of work (SoW).Key Characteristics & CompetenciesTechnical UnderstandingHPC/AI Infrastructure Knowledge: Understands technology stack components (processors, interconnects, storage, software) sufficiently to identify integration opportunitiesEU Technology Landscape Expertise: Deep knowledge of European technology providers across hardware, software, and servicesCompliance & Certification Acumen: Familiar with EU procurement rules, GDPR, EU data sovereignty requirements, and certification frameworksRelationship BuildingMulti-Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage complex relationships across startups, SMEs, research institutions, and large vendors simultaneouslyCultural Navigation: Experience working across European markets with understanding of regional business practices and regulatory nuancesPartnership Structuring: Skilled in negotiating win-win commercial models (revenue sharing, IP licensing, joint development)Strategic & AnalyticalBaseline Assessment Capability: Experience conducting technology/partnership audits across large organizationsEU Content Calculation: Ability to track and document EU value contribution across complex supply chainsRisk Management: Identifies partnership risks (IP, competitive conflicts, delivery capability) and develops mitigation strategiesCore Responsibilities1. Baseline Audit & Knowledge Management (First 90 Days)Map all existing NTT Data and NTT Research European engagementsDocument current partnerships (e.g. Mistral AI) and their EU value contributionCreate centralized repository of EU activities, certifications, and capabilities2. Strategic Partnership DevelopmentTier 1 Partners (Board-level relationships):Research Institutions:SME Ecosystem (25+ companies):3.
