Are you an experienced Business Development Manager in IT solutions with a strong background in telecommunications? We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial professional focused on both new customer acquisition and growing existing relationships through strategic account management and consultative selling.Candidate profileDegree in business, finance, marketing or technical studies, or equivalentAt least 5 years’ experience in selling enterprise IT solutions (ideally within telecoms or related sectors)Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, French, and DutchIn-depth knowledge of the global telecommunications marketStrong initiative and proven ability to influence outcomes and drive decisions at senior levelsProven consultative sales approach with excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEntrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently and as part of a wider teamAwareness of latest marketing and industry trends with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies for clientsStrong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term partnershipsSkilled in negotiations, presentations, and solution-based sellingYour responsibilitiesDevelop and execute a proactive new customer acquisition strategy targeting telecommunications providers and related sectorsLead end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation through to deal closure, for both new and existing customersDay-to-day account management of key accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and growthIdentify, develop, and follow up on new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market trendsLead presentations, demos, and workshops with both prospective and existing customers using a consultative, value-focused approachMonitor competitor activity and client developments to position Comarch solutions effectivelyDrive and coordinate proposal preparation with internal stakeholders (pre-sales, R&D, implementation, support, etc.), ensuring timely delivery of high-quality offersLead commercial negotiations and support contract finalisationFor youA competitive salary aligned with your experience and the scope of the role complemented by several extra-legal benefits (e.g. meal vouchers, eco vouchers, health insurance, representation allowance etc...)We empower and trust you to deliver resultsInternational working environment.
