However, we have been around since July 2002. Making us a staple at Brussels National airport. Currently we have about 470 people working for us in Belgium.Currently we are looking for a Manager Accounting (M/F/X)What are your main duties and responsibilities?To ensure an efficient, complete, and correct accounting and reporting from the team regarding the legal entity.Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation and review of financial statements.You will lead the local accounting team:Divide tasksFollow up on deadlines.Check delivered work.Oversee planning.You will manage:Intercompany invoicing.The Balance Sheet including reconciliations and proper documentation.The monthly foreign currency conversions and revaluations.The monthly VAT, Intra stats and yearly income tax return for the respective legal entity including the quarterly group reporting.all registrations with the local government for the legal entity as and when required.all monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting required by National Statistics and the monthly reporting to HMRC regarding Labor Providers.You will maintain the Fixed Assets Register, monthly Depreciation and Construction in Progress.You will act as key contact for financial auditors for accounting matters concerning the legal entity.Ensure all documents are delivered by other departmentsCheck and consolidate the reportsRespond to audit questions in collaboration with other departments.You will prepare the statutory financial statements.You will collaborate with the Serbian Accounting and Finance team.Who are we looking for?You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Taxation.You have at least 5 years of progressive working experience in Accounting/Taxation.In-depth knowledge of Belgian accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.Knowledge of accounting software and ERP-systems, SAP knowledge is an added value.Working knowledge of office (Excel advanced, Word, PowerPoint).You are accurate, analytical, and service minded.What can we offer you?A professional environment where quality and safety are of utmost importance.International working environment at the airport.A competitive salary including company car, 13th month, meal vouchers, eco cheques, transportation reimbursement and pension scheme.If you want to be part of a team that helps make travel and culinary memories, join us
