Als Application Manager fungeer je als rechterhand van de CIO en ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle kritische bedrijfsapplicaties zodat de diensten van Lecot perfect ondersteund worden. Je streeft ernaar om het applicatielandschap gezond en stabiel te houden waardoor de bedrijfsdoelstellingen behaald worden. Daarbij hou je het overzicht over de verschillende projecten, interne kennisdeling en rapportering.
De focus ligt voornamelijk op:
- Applicatiemanagement en architectuur: het selecteren van nieuwe applicaties, het optimaliseren van bestaande applicaties en het bewaken en beheren van de applicatiearchitectuur van Lecot;
- Business Relationship Management: het onderhouden van contacten met de externe partners en diverse stakeholders (zowel intern als extern) en het day-to-day afstemmen met de Infra Manager & de CIO. De CIO staan in voor de rapportering/verantwoording naar het Management Team en de Board.
- People Management: het aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van het team; het tijdig informeren van het team met respect voor iedereen en in overleg met de CIO
- Project Management: je zorgt er samen met een projectteam voor dat de projecten correct en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd van A tot Z, zodat deze op tijd en binnen het vastgestelde budget opgeleverd worden. Je hebt budgetverantwoordelijkheid en staat in voor contacten met externe partijen.
- Implementatie strategie: Je bepaalt in samenspraak met de directie, CIO en de belangrijkste stakeholders de noden om de bedrijfsvisie vorm te geven en zorgt voor een operationele vertalen naar een concrete IT-roadmap. Je denkt proactief mee en neemt een actieve rol op in de stuurgroep Software waar de IT-investeringen beslist worden.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je beheert en optimaliseert het volledige applicatielandschap van Lecot: je waakt over de efficiëntie en de effectiviteit van de applicaties. Samen met jouw team sta je in voor de continuïteit, aanpassingen en verdere ontwikkeling van de bedrijfskritische applicaties;
- Je bepaalt samen met de CIO de applicatiearchitectuur;
- Je neemt, in nauwe samenwerking met de directie en de verschillende stakeholders, deel aan het vastleggen van de IT-behoeften en vertaalt deze naar concrete applicatieve oplossingen;
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de opvolging en aansturing van projecten;
- Als People Manager ontwikkel je mee een visie en begeleid je het team in functie van de te bereiken doelstellingen;
- Je hebt contact met externe leveranciers, Business Unit Managers, management en IT-collega's om een oplossingsgerichte service te garanderen;
- Je volgt de technologische evoluties in de markt op om potentiële verbeteringen te identificeren;
- Je beheert het budget voor de projecten waarvoor jij verantwoordelijk bent.
- Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een masterdiploma Handelsingenieur/IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je hebt minstens 7 jaar ervaring op gebied van business analyse en project management inzake ERP en andere IT applicaties;
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring inzake people management;
- Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van logistieke bedrijfsprocessen;
- Je hebt ervaring met het zelfstandig implementeren van veranderingsprojecten;
- Je denkt analytisch maar verliest daarbij een pragmatische oplossing niet uit het oog;
- Ervaring in development is een troef;
- Ervaring met data/analyse en architectuur een plus;
- Je bent flexibel en communicatief.
